Your learning, your portfolio
A portfolio can hold projects, practical experiences, courses and reflections—from any learning path you choose.
Your interests lead the way
A learner’s path does not have to fit a list of school subjects or a set of programs on our website. You are free to explore any learning path you choose: a course, a practical skill, a question that catches your attention or a project that grows over time.
The new portfolio gives you a place to document that learning and share it with your family and Agate staff.
Record a little as you go
Add a learning entry to describe what you tried, what you made or what you want to explore next. Include links, photos or work samples when they help tell the story. A short reflection can be useful; every entry does not need to be a finished project.
When an entry does not relate to a listed program, choose Other learning / no program.
Find resources that suit you
Agate can help you find alternatives, including MIT OpenCourseWare’s free course materials, Coursera and many other resources. The programs on our website are starting points, not limits.
For our Khan Academy classroom, follow the join link in your learner pages and use your school Microsoft account. The classroom code is WQBE8T.
Open your learner pages or explore how learning connects across subjects.
