Parent and learner accounts have different tools, with a shared view of the learning that matters to your family.
One family, individual learners
Learning looks different for every child. The new family dashboard gives parents a place to follow those individual paths, without asking everyone to share one account.
A parent can manage learner profiles and invite a second parent. Learners have their own accounts and learning pages; the family dashboard and shop remain with parents.
See what your learner is exploring
Parents can see the programs learners choose, the activities they join and the learning they record in their portfolios. Agate staff can see that work too, so conversations can begin with what a learner is actually doing.
Program choices and activity signups show intentions. They do not confirm enrolment on another provider’s website or attendance at a particular session.
Get started with the right account
New learner accounts use a school-issued @ms.learnfree.ca Microsoft email address. Parents can use their own email addresses. If a learner needs a school address, ask Agate before creating their account.
