Annual enrolment at a glance
You can enrol throughout the year. Enrolment covers 365 days. Annual school fees are $450 CAD for the first learner and $75 CAD for each additional learner in your family.

Optional services cost extra. Agate confirms your payment arrangements and enrolment dates with you.
Payment options
After reviewing your application, Agate contacts you to schedule the first mentoring appointment and explain payment options.

Agate confirms the amount, payment instructions and any agreed instalment dates with you. School fees are arranged directly with Agate rather than through the shop checkout.
Optional services
These services are priced separately from annual school fees. Talk with Agate about what you need before arranging a service.
PLAR assessment
$350 CAD
Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition, including an equivalency document and course transcript. Discuss the evidence and your goals with Agate. Admission requirements and decisions rest with the receiving institution.
First student transcript
$120 CAD
For a separate transcript request. The $350 PLAR assessment already includes a course transcript; ask Agate which service fits your needs.
Custom one-page letter
$55 CAD
Confirm the purpose and requirements with Agate.
Additional consultations for enrolled families
$68 CAD per hour
Separate from the standalone new-client consultation service.

Standalone consultation for new clients
Our Natural Learning & Educational Pathways Consultation is $195 CAD for 60 minutes online, with written recommendations. It is separate from support and consultation arrangements for enrolled families, and is not required to apply to the school.
